Rated as the premium annual event, “SHOES & LEATHER – GUANGZHOU 2013” will be scheduled again on 29 – 31 May, 2013 at China Import and Export Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou. With the year-on-year record breaking & remarkable recognition as the most rewarding fair, its upcoming 23rd edition attract over 985 exhibitors from 24 different countries and regions occupying a total 58,000 sqm exhibition area. The 34% enlargement in exhibition scale from the Turkish tannery pavilion and the 30% enlargement of the Taiwan machinery pavilion indicating China tannery & shoe making machinery market are in potential of growth and important to worldwide suppliers.

3rd “IFLE-GUANGZHOU 2013”

(INTERNATIONAL FOOTWEAR & LEATHER PRODUCTS EXHIBITION - GUANGZHOU)

To cope with the great market potential, the 3rd “IFLE-GUANGZHOU 2013” will be concurrently held with the SHOES & LEATHER – GUANGZHOU 2013 at the finished product section dedicating to footwear and leathergoods finished products. Supported by various local and international footwear & leathergoods associations, “IFLE-GUANZGHOU 2013” will be established as the Asia's premium shoe fair showcasing the brand, fashionable and the latest trend of middle to high-end footwear and leather products from worldwide. It is also the perfect timely event for restocking the late autumn/winter of 2013 and to pre-view the trendy collection of spring/summer 2014.

5th “IFDC 2013” - INTERNATIONAL FOOTWEAR DESIGN COMPETITION 2013

As a focus of attraction, the 5th International Footwear Design Competition 2013, organized by the Confederation of the International Footwear Association (CIFA) and co-organized by all the regional members as well as sponsored by Top Repute Co. Ltd. will be held concurrently in the exhibition. The competition is meant to increase footwear design and fashion to a higher prominence level, to develop & foster the youngster talent, to enhance the awareness of fashion and design for the young designers, to help the diversified growth of the footwear. Judging of the competition entries will be held at the SHOES & LEATHER – GUANGZHOU 2013 on 29th MAY, 2013 by a juror committee including renowned worldwide VIP & designers. Winner Awards will be presented during the Opening Dinner Banquet of SHOES & LEATHER – GUANGZHOU 2013 and the winning entries will be displayed at the “TREND WALK” area during the 3-days exhibition period.

FASHION TREND DISPLAY “TREND WALK”

The “TREND WALK” is a non-profit, non-commercial interaction event sponsored by various renowned shoes manufacturers and associations. The “TREND WALK” showcase the world latest finished product in footwear and leathergoods and the trendiest raw materials so as to allow visitors to share the latest Avant-grade ideas.

SEMINAR SESSION

During the 3 days exhibition period, technical seminar sessions will be organized and international professional speakers will be invited to present their speech on the changing trends and the market development in the field of shoes and leather industries.

一年一度鞋革业盛事，「第二十三届广州国际鞋类、皮革及工业设备展览会」将于2013年5月29至31日假中国进出口商品交易会琶洲展馆再度登场。自创办22年以来，展会不断力求完善，论规模、组织、人流量、展品、展商和观众素质，至今仍被誉为亚洲和中国最具影响力和最大型的一级鞋革行业展览会，是业界人士每年不容错失的商贸盛会。

由「CIFA - Confederation of the International Footwear Association」主办的「第五届国际鞋款设计比赛」将同期举行。比赛主旨在于加强业界对鞋款的研发和设计能力，发掘更多人才，鼓励制鞋企业推出高附加值的产品，提高产品素质和设计，吸引更多买家。现时，参与的国家和地区有中国、香港、印度、印度尼西亚、马来西亚、台湾、泰国及越南。总决赛将于2013年5月29日举行，届时来自各国的知名设计师和贵宾评审将会选出得奖作品。胜出的作品将会陈列于展览会内的「潮流走廊」供观众共赏。
